Low pressure system now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and neighborhood , that area falls east of Tamilnadu. Models indicate that it likely to move North or North-Northwest direction.

Based on model products, day wise rainfall in different districts are given below:
13th Nov,17-- Gajapati, Ganjam, Rayagada, Malkangiri, and South areas of Puri & Khorda (light to moderate rainfall)
14th Nov.17- Koraput, Malkangiri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Puri, Nayagarh, Khorda ( light to moderate rainfall with heavy at one or two locations only in Ganjam, Gajapat districts)
15th Nov.17-- Khorda, Puri, Cuttack, Nayagarh, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Phulbani, Maurbhanj, Baleswar, Bhadrak, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada ( moderate rainfall at many places with heavy to very heavy at one or two places only in Khoda, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Maurbhanj, Baleswar, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur)
