KANSBAHAL : It’s time to recall and re-energize. The observation committee of DAV Public School, Kansbahal celebrated the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lalbahadur Shastri on 2 October 2018 (Tuesday). The Principal, Dr Samir Kumar Kanungo offered floral tributes and lit the lamp at the portraits of the great souls and encouraged the students and teachers to bring positive change in them. Ipsita Mallick and Anouskha Sinha a student of class IX and XI respectively delivered a speech on the life of the great souls and Mrs Sandhya Pattnaik and Mr.Jogananda Sahu two teachers of the school highlighted on the ideals of the great heroes to be followed. Mr Jyotiranjan Das coordinated the whole program and Mr A.K. Sharma, a senior teacher proposed vote of the thanks and the programme ended with a salute to the patriots and sweet distribution.
