Rourkela\/ Sushanta Behera : Believe in yourself, synergise your\u00a0\u00a0 strengths and walk together to achieve wonders,\u2019 said, Mr. Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Chairman SAIL in an interview\u00a0 on\u00a0 Rourkela Steel Television on the 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0day of his maiden visit to Rourkela Steel Plant as the SAIL Chief.<\/span><\/h5>\n
\u00a0In an exclusive interview with Mr. Ramendra Kumar, DGM, PR & COC, Mr. Choudhury praised RSP collective for its\u00a0 grit and commitment. Mr. Chaudhary\u00a0 exhorted everyone to follow the \u2018ABC\u2019 of safety, that is to bring about a change in Attitude, Behaviour & Culture.<\/span><\/h5>\n
\u00a0During the course of the interview, Mr.\u00a0 Chaudhary\u00a0 advised the RSP collective to make full utilisation of the facilities and come up with suggestions to help the Plant improve its production and performance.<\/span><\/h5>\n
As a part of communication exercise undertaken by the SAIL Chairman, a series of meetings were organised with different unions of the Steel\u00a0 Plant, the Executive Association, Rourkela, Chamber of Commerce, Deepika Mahila Sanghati and Diploma Engineers Association.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Thereafter, the SAIL Chief visited Ispat General Hospital where he was taken to the \u2018under-construction\u2019 site of Burn Centre\u00a0 and the\u00a0 site\u00a0 of the proposed\u00a0 Super Speciality Hospital. Dr. S. S. Pati, Director, M&HS\u00a0 briefed the visiting dignitary about the\u00a0 plans and projects. The SAIL Chief, Mr. Chaudhary was accompanied by Mr. Atul Srivastava, Director (Personnel), Mr.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Harinand Rai<\/span><\/a>, Director (Technical), Mr. Ashwini Kumar, CEO, RSP\u00a0 and other senior officers.<\/span><\/h5>\n
