The arrestees have been identified as Mukesh Makar @ Pintu (25) S\/o Dileswar Makar, Sapan Kumar Nayak (22) S\/o Rohit Nayak and Budharaj Makar (34) S\/o Rama Makar. All the accused persons are the native of Dhipupada village under Mahulipali P.S in Sambalpur District. A case was earlier registered in this connection in Kuchinda P.S vide No. 216 Dtd 23.08.2018 u\/s 379\/411\/34 IPC. Police have recovered six (06) bundles of electric wire from their possession.
