GeM aims to enhance transparency, efficiency and speed in public procurement. It provides the tools of e-bidding, reverse e-auction and demand aggregation to facilitate the government users, achieve the best value for their money.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr M.K Gupta, Past Chairman of CII Odisha State Council chaired the training programme conducted by State government hired GeM consultants. Mr Gupta expressed his heartiest congratulation to Union as well as the state government for planning and implementing a long desired procurement tool for MSMEs of India.
