Antwerp (Belgium)<\/b><\/span><\/span>, 18<\/b><\/span><\/span>\u00a0July 2018<\/b><\/span><\/span>: The Indian\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Junior Women<\/span><\/span>‘s Hockey<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Team were held to a\u00a00-0 draw by Canada in their fourth round robin match at the ongoing<\/span><\/span>\u00a0U-23 Six Nations Tournament (Women) here on Wednesday.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
The Indian Junior Women’s team led by Preeti Dubey have had a strong showing in the tournament thus far having won three successive matches previously. In the first match, the Indian team beat Ireland 4-1, beat Great Britain 1-0 in their second match and followed this up with a strong 2-0 win against hosts\u00a0Belgium in their third match.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Though the team drew with Canada today, they continue to remain unbeaten in the tournament.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The team put up a strong attack against Canada as they created six PCs in the match but unfortunately could not convert, thanks to Canada’s strong PC defending. Canada too created three PCs during the course of the match but could not find a break through thus ending the match in a stalemate.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
