ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୫୦% କିଣିବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଓ ଘରୋଇ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ
"ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟରେ ଆମ ଟୀକା କେବଳ ଏଚସିଡ଼ବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ, ଏଫଏଲଡ଼ବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ ଓ ୪୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଧ୍ଵ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ"
ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ : କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗତକାଲି ଜାରି ବିବୃତିରେ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ଯେ, ଲିବରାଲାଇଜଡ୍ ପ୍ରାଇସିଂ ଆଣ୍ଡ ତ୍ୱରିତ ଜାତୀୟ କୋଭିଡି ଟୀକାକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ଏହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଉଛି ଯେ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମାସରେ ସମୁଦାୟ ସେଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଲ୍ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ ଲାବୋରେଟୋରୀ (ସିଡିଏଲ୍) ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଟୀକା ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ମାତ୍ର 50% ଡୋଜ କ୍ରୟ କରାଯିବ | ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଟୀକା ଡୋଜ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତଥା ବେସରକାରୀ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନା କିଣି ୧୮ ରୁ ୪୫ ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଟୀକାକରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ କ୍ଷମତାର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିନିଯୋଗ କରିପାରିବେ |
୫୦-୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବଣ୍ଟନ ନୀତିକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଟୀକା ଉତ୍ପାଦନକାରୀ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ପାଳନ କରିବେ | କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ମୋଟ ଉତ୍ପାଦନର ୫୦% ଟୀକା ଡୋଜ ପିଛା ୧୫୦ ଟଙ୍କାରେ କ୍ରୟ କରି ପୂର୍ବ ଭଳି ରାଜ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଃଶୁଳ୍କ ଯୋଗାଇଦେବେ | କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଶୁଲ୍କ ଭାବେ ଦିଆଯାଉଥବା ଏହି ଟୀକା କୋଭିଡି ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମୀ(ଏଚସିଡ଼ବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ) , ସମ୍ମୁଖ ଭାଗର କର୍ମଚାରୀ(ଏଫଏଲଡ଼ବ୍ଲ୍ୟୁ)ଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବପରି ୪୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଧ୍ଵ ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିକୁ ଦିଆଯିବ |
ଇଂରାଜୀରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଯାହା କହିଛନ୍ତି ତାହା ଏହିପରି
"In the Liberalised pricing & Accelerated National #COVID19 Vaccination Strategy, it is made clear that every month only 50% of the total Central Drugs Laboratory (CDL) cleared vaccine doses of any manufacturer would be procured by Govt. of India.
Hence, every month the balance 50% of the CDL cleared COVID19 vaccine doses of every manufacturer would be available for direct procurement by the State Govts & Private Hospitals.
This distribution of two equal parts (50% for Central Govt & 50% for private hospitals and State Govts) has to be adhered to by all vaccine manufacturers.
Govt of India would continue to procure its share of 50% of the monthly CDL cleared COVID19 vaccines at Rs 150/dose & would continue to make it available to the State Govts totally free of cost as was being done earlier.
Vaccine doses procured by Govt of India and made available to State Govts free of cost are to be utilized for vaccination of HCWs, FLWs for which there is no age limit & for everyone above 45yrs of age, since it is the most vulnerable group in terms of COVID mortality.
Empowering the States & private hospitals to procure balance 50% of #COVID19 vaccine from manufacturers not only opens up the vaccination drive to people between 18-45 yrs, it also encourages Private Hospitals and State Govts to use their vaccination capacity optimally."
